ODDO BHF is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and software packages (as well as its mobile applications and digital street furniture) accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

– Consultation/Interaction: Inform users when a link opens in a new tab (particularly links in the header, footer, and document download lists). Ensure that downloadable PDF documents are accessible.
– Links: Provide the missing title attributes on links that require clearer or more explicit descriptions.
– Mandatory elements: Remove HTML tags used solely for visual rendering, review the English translations of page titles, and indicate language changes when necessary (e.g., roles/functions of team members).
– Information structuring: Properly structure lists and heading levels using the appropriate HTML tags.
– Navigation: Make skip links visible during navigation in addition to the main menu; add at least one additional main navigation method (site map and/or search engine); improve keyboard accessibility of the tabs (team filters) on the team page.
– Consultation/Interaction: Inform users when a link opens in a new tab (particularly links in the header, footer, and document download lists). Ensure that downloadable PDF documents are accessible.

Under German law, the competent authority is called: Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF). The MLBF checks whether economic operators comply with certain legal requirements. As a bank, we are also monitored by the MLBF.
If you encounter problems when using our services, you can submit a request to the MLBF. The MLBF will then take legal action against us as an economic operator if necessary (legal basis: Section 6 or Section 7 BFSG).In your application, you can claim that we are in breach of a requirement of the BFSG. Or you can claim that we are in breach of a requirement of the Ordinance on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV). (The BFSGV was enacted in accordance with Section 3(2) BFSG.)
